ENDLESS PRAYER: เพ็งๆ พาๆ หาๆ ฤๅๆ

The exhibition's title, ENDLESS PRAYER: เพ็งๆ พาๆ หาๆ ฤๅๆ “Peng Peng - Pa Pa - Ha Ha - Rue Rue”  invokes the incantation of Thai famous monk, Phrarajbrahmayan. This incantation is also known as the chant of wealth, which is believed to bring luck and prosperity to those who have faith. This intriguing title underscores a significant aspect in Thai culture, where beliefs are intricately woven into the fabric of capitalist society.

Propellant

At the center of this exhibition are Straypups, a group of wandering space dogs who travel across the cosmos aboard sugar-powered rockets. Neither heroes nor conquerors, they are dreamers navigating uncertainty, carrying with them curiosity, resilience, and hope. Their journeys reflect the aspirations of those who continue moving forward despite social and economic limitations.

DEPRESSION

Painting gave him a new purpose, and it is with no knowledge, no prejudice or any hope that he started expressing himself with this freshly adopted medium. He used his isolation to explore what the internet and social media platforms could serve as inspiration. Hence delivering images not of individuals but of anonymous figures and archetypes.

LOVE DISTANCING

After artist Vasan Sitthiket returned to Thailand, he experienced Covid-19 lockdown.
To stay safe, he isolated himself and drew hundreds of paintings at home. Twenty-three paintings, which depict themes related to the coronavirus, were selected for the collection "Love Distancing". In addition to Vasan's paintings, three works by three guest artists -- Akkachet Sikkakun, Tripuck Supawattana and Warawut Intorn -- are also on display at Palette Artspace and as a virtual exhibition on the internet.

MY LITTLE GARDEN

2020 is a difficult year for us because of Covid 19. However, I can find hope in the small thing I already have. My little garden brings me happiness. It is my hope that when you look at these paintings, we will feel happy together.

In Praise of WIJIT´s OIL PAINTING: 60×40

Over the past six months, the artist has revisited the spirit of Pure Art—making work driven not by theory, social commentary, or academic frameworks, but by personal feeling and the simple joy of painting. Drawing upon the technical skills he developed during his early years of art education, Wijit embraces a straightforward and honest approach, painting what genuinely resonates with him without concern for trends, expectations, or conventional ideas of beauty.

MOMMY HUG

“Mommy Hug” is a reflection on memory, love, and the enduring bonds that shape our lives. Through the works of Tawee Ratchaneekorn, Thailand’s National Artist in Visual Arts, the exhibition explores the emotional foundations of human experience while revealing the artist’s lifelong engagement with society and history.
